The world is constantly changing, so too is technology.  In order to keep up with the times, students should have instant access to important and essential information.  I strongly believe that kids should have a mobile phone. My reasons for this are simple: Firstly, cell phones keep you safe.  At the touch of a button, you have instant access to the web and social media sites and finally cell phones can help you create memories.
